Virtual Lab Tour
The Srivastava Lab’s Virtual Tour is designed to introduce students and the broader public—especially high school learners—to the scientific instruments and research practices used in nanoscience and nanotechnology. The tour is video-guided by Isabella Vasquez, a Barry Goldwater Scholar and undergraduate researcher in the Srivastava Lab, providing a student-centered perspective on the laboratory environment.
By offering a high-level, curated view of our research space, the tour helps demystify nanoscience, spark curiosity, and broaden awareness of pathways into STEM careers, while maintaining the integrity and security of ongoing research activities. As one of the few nanoscience and nanotechnology research facilities of its kind in West Texas, our lab provides regional students with rare access to advanced scientific environments typically unavailable locally. Videos coming soon.
In addition, local Lubbock high schools are welcome to contact us if they are interested in arranging
an in-person tour of the laboratory.
